UL Verified Healthy Building Mark for Indoor Air and Water
Metropolis collaborated with UL as an early adopter of their new voluntary program for real estate owners who want to demonstrate their commitment to delivering healthy indoor environments through an extensive process of indoor air testing and assessment. The Shops at Liberty Place proudly received the UL Verified Healthy Building for Indoor Air and Water Mark – which was a significant milestone in our BeWell™ Promise.
Our BeWell™ Promise and Safety
The Shops at Liberty Place and Metropolis continue focusing on health, wellness and sustainability efforts for the benefit of our valued guests, tenants, and employees. Current measures include:
• Increased sanitation of high touchpoint areas with EPA/CDC-approved disinfectants.• Maintaining hand sanitizer stations throughout the mall.
• Positioning food court tables and chairs at least 6’ apart.
• Following all Philadelphia health guidelines and mandates for Covid-19.
